Bradley County Medical Center sent out a statement on Monday, July 8 letting the public know that a mistake had been made in regards to the mailing of billing statements.
“Statement files were queued for review and formatting from our new billing system and accidentally mailed by the statement vendor on July 1, 2024. These test statements were not meant for distribution. Please disregard the statements received with the mailing header "Testing Name". We apologize for this inconvenience and are available for any questions or concerns you may have regarding the test statement file.”
