Angela Sipes McGhan, also known as Nana, age 56 of Warren, Ark. died Saturday, August 17 2024 at the Woods in Monticello, Ark. She was born December 23, 1967 in Pine Bluff, Ark. a daughter of Diane Brown Sipes, Warren, Ark. and the late Elton “Sonny” Sipes, Jr. Angela served in the secretarial business for Kroger’s grocery store for 21 years, she worked with the Area Agency on Aging for 10 years, was a Baptist, and a 1986 graduate of Warren High School.
Surviving is the love of her life, whom she married September 16, 1990 Jerry McGhan, Jr. of Warren, Ark.; son, Jerry McGhan III, Warren, Ark.; daughters, Tamara Sipes Langford (Nate), Rogers, Ark. Clarissa (Gage) Russell, Fordyce, Ark.; sisters, Kelly (Caleb) Forrest, Warren, Ark., and Carolyn Sipes and Jeffery Forrest, Warren, Ark.; very special grandchildren, Amberleigh Laws, Maddie Towler, and Kolson Towler; beautiful nieces, Allison, Brittany, Rachel, Alea, and Aryn; nephews-in-law, Micheal Severson, Donovan Clary, and Brandon Gilliland; her amazingly beautiful and hilarious great nieces and nephews, Keller, Sam, DJ, and Sunni; cousins, Lynn, Karen, and Michael; Angie Grider, who was more like a sister than a close friend. Let us not forget her faithful and loyal companion Gizmo.
Memorial services will be 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 7 at Frazer’s Chapel with Reverend Michael Gardner and Reverend David Bostian officiating. Memorials preferred to the Warren Branch Library.
